Love-affair with Over-Night Oats


So I discovered the deliciousness & simplicity of over-night Oats… It is amazing! Raw, so healthy and takes only 3 minutes to prep in the evening. This week’s favourite (for 2):

  1. 1 cup Whole Rolled Oats
  2. 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  3. 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  4. Dash of Cinnamon
  5. Pinch of Salt
  6. 1 cup Soya / Almond Milk
  7. 1 tbsp honey / maple syrup

Mix it all up in a bowl, cover with lid or plate and keep it over-night in the fridge. In the morning, just dish out and Enjoy!
